Amazing rendition of a classic. Would have loved to attend such a show. When my parents were young, long before the internet and even before global news were a thing they heard that in Germany there are robots who perform music and sing, and heard this song and were genuinely impressed and afraid of that. Kraftwerk captured this melodramatic feel of techno despair and no one else rendered it better than they do. For some reason, their depressed music always brings me up, since while listening to them I spend time in uncomfortable thoughts and after the song ends this thought goes away to the logical end and has some kind of therapeutic effect
